Barely 20 Minutes Ago, a young man was found lying unconscious on the road in Festac Town.
The incident occurred at 12 Road Junction, Initially we were informed that he was dead . On reaching the scene and after careful observation .
It was discovered that the young man was still breathing, attempts to get in touch with medical operatives seemed futile.
Residents and passersby think he is dead
I thought he was dead – a resident lamented.
