It is disheartening that residents of the Jakande estate of Amuwo Odofin , Lagos State. Over 3 months and more , heaps of refuse can be seen lying across the residential estate.
Till now no action has been taken and the residents have been left to a possible epidemic breakout and health hazards.
According to a resident, pleas have turn on deaf ears , and nothing has been done.
