There is not really a segregation but definitely can tell from afar the class of each individual depending on their lifestyle. In Festac, both the rich and the poor find a place of shelter. There is no pronounced disparity in class although one can tell from the various houses and lifestyles who actually wealthy and who is not so well to do.
- Motor Cycle Riders fondly called OKADA are the most accessible means of transport coupled with the bad roads we have. Do you know that Okada Riders operate through out the night ? Was surprised when i discovered this.
- It’s only In festac that some houses are turned to Business Locations. Most Ground Floor Flats are now used as shops, stores , offices and even beauty salons.
