Photos: Mainland Agog For Comedy Goes To Church 5th Anniversary

February 26th 2017 recorded yet another milestone for Bennett Chinedu Daniel, better known as Acapella at his just concluded annual comedy show, Comedy Goes To Church, 5th anniversary tagged “The Celebration” the event was held at David Christian Center, Amou-Odofin Lagos.

The show was a huge success as it witness a great turnout.

Comedy Goes To Church Packaged and presented by Purple Roof entertainment, Acapella also took out time to reward loyal fans with loads of gift items .

The Gift items were Washing Machines, Home Theaters, Microwaves, satellite decorders, Smart Phones, and lot more.

The stage was graced by top Nigerian veteran gospel singer, Sammie Okposu, and a host of superstar comedians.

When asked how he felt to have to have had a successful five years of his annual event he said

“five years isn’t a joke in this highly competitive entertainment circle, I’m happy, privileged and honoured, although, it hasn’t been easy to pull throw, putting a show together is one thing, and having people to attend and support is another thing, so I’m happy, its can only be God, I also can’t end this without saying a big thank you to my Father in the Lord, Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo and his ever blazing wife for giving me this platform to express myself.

On why he decided to do a raffle draw, he said

“well, its just to say thank you to everyone that took time out to attend and also show appreciation to my fans for supporting the Acapella brand and our annual comedy show for five years. I also want to use this medium to tell them that I am cooking something new for them, they should just expect the unexpected.

The Imo stage born humour merchant, actor and OAP, who also doubles as Cedar Homes ambassador is one big name to reckon with in the Nigeria entertainment industry.
