Residents Don’t Seek Approval on Structures – Lagos State Gov Laments

The Lagos State Government has lamented that many residents of the state do not seek approval before erecting their structures.

Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Rotimi Ogunleye, disclosed this at the weekend at a stakeholders’ interactive session in Amuwo Odofin Local Government and Oriade Local Council Development Area, LCDA, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.

The Menace of  truck drivers on Oshodi-Mile2-Apapa expressway has become a continuous thorn on the flesh of residents, commuters on that axis.

In the last five days, the Trucks took over the major roads unlike before where they parked on the inner roads. it has been a major spectacle on the Mile 2 axis.

Measles Vaccine: Over 2400 Immunized In Festac, Amuwo Odofin

According to NAN, over 2400 children were privileged to have participated in the state wide measles immunization. The first stream of the Measles Vaccination Campaign (MVC) ended on 20th March 2018.
